Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide pre-sales technical support for complex storage solutions, leveraging NetApp's data portfolio to meet customer needs and drive business results. You’ll work with a district team and Client Executive to expand presence with existing and new clients, delivering rapid prototyping and tailored storage architectures.You will showcase NetApp capabilities, quantify ROI/TCO, and influence customer decisions through technical leadership. This position offers a customer-facing, innovative environment with impact across on-prem and hybrid cloud deployments.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers via presentations and demos
- Assess potential applications and develop detailed specifications
- Build mini-labs for rapid prototyping and product demos
- Design tailored storage solutions and architect on-premise or hybrid storage systems (NAS, SAN, Object Storage)
- Develop storage infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise apps including Cloud Services
- Present advantages of NetApp storage solutions and ROI/TCO overviews
- Collaborate with client executives and partner sales to develop opportunities
- Advise on engagement and utilization of technical resources for NetApp storage products and solutions
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1-C2); Catalan is a plus
- SME capable of influencing the Sales team and making project decisions
- Experience with EMC, HDS, HPE, IBM, VMware, or Pure Storage products
- Good knowledge of major operating systems
- Experience in technical management of major accounts
- Knowledge of NetApp products is advantageous
- Knowledge of the FSI segment recommended
- Interest or knowledge in hybrid multi-cloud technologies and AI platforms
