Experteer Overview

You’ll prototype, write specs, and guide executive-level discussions to align long-term vision with execution. This role offers the chance to impact how creators engage audiences across multiple channels through scalable design systems and AI-enabled UX.

• Define a cohesive experience vision across product surfaces, AI-powered workflows, and creator touchpoints
• Lead strategic, zero-to-one design explorations for forward-looking initiatives
• Identify white spaces in the creator economy and translate into concrete design direction
• Own and evolve the experience architecture underpinning product, platform, and AI surfaces
• Drive design system and component strategy at an architectural level
• Partner with engineering to raise the bar for production-quality design-engineered experiences
• Prototype AI-native interaction models and shape human-centered AI design for the creator economy
• Set design quality standards across interaction, visual, and systems, and coach through leadership-level communication

• 15+ years of experience designing and shipping products across web and native platforms
• Deep interaction design craft with ability to navigate platform patterns and break them intentionally
• Design engineering range including prototyping in code (Framer, React, or equivalent) and systems thinking
• AI-native design expertise with trustworthy, useful, human-centered AI experiences
• Systems thinking and ability to design for scale across a product ecosystem
• Executive presence and independence in communicating complex design concepts to leadership
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; HCI or related field is a bonus, not a requirement
