As a Staff Product Designer at Glovo, you will shape the long-term user experience strategy across major product areas. You’ll lead design exploration from concept to high-fidelity delivery, partnering with product, engineering, data, and UX research to drive measurable impact.

You’ll contribute to design standards, mentor peers, and advance UX maturity across the organization. This role blends strategy, craft, and cross-functional leadership to elevate our product ecosystem.

  • Act as a strategic partner to product, engineering, data, and UX research to define team strategy and roadmap influence for complex initiatives
  • Define the long-term user experience vision and lead the design process from concept to implementation in ambiguous environments
  • Serve on the UX leadership team to ensure consistency and quality of design practices across the product organization
  • Lead product decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights to translate user needs into measurable impact
  • Demonstrate excellence in core craft domains (interaction, visual, prototyping) and architect scalable information structures and design patterns
  • Contribute to and mentor the evolution of the design system, setting standards and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to align designs with production scale and technical constraints
  • Build robust cross-functional relationships to optimize planning, prioritization, and execution of high-impact experiences
  • Mentor and support junior to senior designers to raise design outcomes and standards
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture through workshops and presentations to articulate design rationale
Responsabilidades
  • 6+ years of experience with user interfaces, interaction paradigms, and visual design patterns
  • Strong portfolio with case studies showing process, problem-solving, and design leadership
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design roadmaps
  • Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and OS/Platform guidelines (iOS/Android/Web) for cohesive experiences
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
  • Pragmatic, autonomous, able to manage multiple stakeholder needs and articulate complex decisions
  • Ability to think through complex problems, architect design frameworks, and work effectively in ambiguity
  • Growth mindset with interest in learning, teaching, and mentoring
