• Conduct comprehensive corporate credit analysis to assess creditworthiness
• Analyze a portfolio of about 15 credits using S&P Global Ratings’ methodology and monitor ongoing risk
• Collaborate with senior management, finance and treasury teams, and other stakeholders to collect and analyze information
• Prepare and present detailed rating recommendations to committees
• Publish credit analyses and sector commentaries to enhance market transparency
• Engage with investors and market participants to facilitate understanding and informed decisions
• Work primarily in the Business Services sector, with flexibility based on team needs
• Occasionally travel within Europe for meetings and in-person interviews when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
• 3–5 years of corporate credit analysis experience (Senior Analyst level)
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional Italian, Spanish or French depending on location
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging senior management a plus
• Solid financial statement analysis, cash flow modelling, and accounting knowledge
• High accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Team-oriented with strategic problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of High Yield market and/or Business Services sector desirable
• Willingness to travel within Europe
