As a Quant/Quantitative Analyst in CMQ, you will develop and improve Quant Insights, turning data analyses into practical tools for deal origination and market intelligence. You’ll work with a global, cross-functional team to translate market needs into technical solutions and productize AI-driven insights.This role blends hands-on model work with stakeholder storytelling to drive business outcomes, in a dynamic, startup-like environment within JLL.

- Translate market needs into technical requirements and deliverables with business stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality presentations for senior management and external clients
- Work with CMG teams globally to identify AI-enabled competitive advantages
- Design and develop AI and quant models to enhance brokers' deal origination, client advisory, and market intelligence
- Quantitative background: SQL, Python and Excel are essential
- Databricks would be a plus
- Prior experience in finance, real estate or consultancy
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills with business stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving and collaboration
- Fluent in professional English; Spanish a plus
