Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive data governance across Galderma’s organization, shaping master data quality and consistency. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement governance processes and improve data assets. You’ll own data dictionaries, standards, and metrics, ensuring accurate product master data across regions.

This is a hands-on, impact-oriented position in a global center that values collaboration and learning. You’ll help enable global data-driven decisions in a fast-growing dermatology company.

Support the data governance roadmap implementation
Provide first-line support for Global Product Master Data and resolve data quality issues
Collaborate with owners to improve data quality and value of core data assets
Develop and maintain training materials and deliver sessions
Contribute to company-wide data management communication strategies
Define data standards aligning with impacted functions
Contribute to data quality metrics and KPIs
Create and maintain a centralized data dictionary with definitions and usage guidelines
Coordinate metadata processes and ensure alignment between technical and business terms
Guide teams on data dictionary usage and best practices
Oversee data change management, prioritization, and solution design
Analyze impacts of data changes on systems and reporting
Identify and propose improvements to data change processes
Develop communication plans for upcoming changes
Act as liaison between technical teams and business users during changes
Oversee testing of data changes for accuracy and integrity

Responsabilidades

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science (Master’s a plus)
3–5 years in Master Data Management, Product Data Management, Data Governance, or related roles (MDM, SAP MDG)
Solid understanding of data models, dictionaries, and enterprise data architecture
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MDM platforms (Informatica)
SQL knowledge for data querying and validation
Experience with data visualization/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and engage senior stakeholders
Proficiency in metadata management and data governance tools
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
