In this senior role, you will lead end-to-end Master Data processes for Order to Cash, focusing on customer and export master data and commercial policy compliance. You will guide a small team, implement data governance models, and drive cross-regional improvements to ensure data integrity and compliance.Your work supports revenue recognition, process efficiency, and strong customer experience. You will shape global data solutions, data quality, and regulatory-aligned data strategies that enable large-scale programs and carve-out activities.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Global Master Data Leadership: design and optimize master data processes across O2C; govern data models for customer and export master data; implement commercial policy compliance models across regions; develop innovative data solutions to impact revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction; address data quality bottlenecks
- Team Leadership & Development: lead and grow a team of 3 senior professionals; foster data excellence and commercial compliance
- Data Governance & Innovation: design and deploy the Master Data Core Model covering data from SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Service Cloud, and web portal; oversee global implementations' data governance; benchmark against best practices
- System Architecture & Technology: engineer integrations between master data systems and operations; design technical solutions for policy framework implementation and monitoring; explore emerging data technologies
- Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: collaborate with regional teams and related functions; align data processes across geographies; coordinate with Export Control and Compliance teams
- Risk Management & Compliance: partner with legal/compliance to address regulatory changes; ensure data classification, privacy, and security; define risks and mitigations, support SOX controls
- Process Innovation & Automation: collaborate with Automation COE to implement RPA and digital solutions; design a comprehensive data quality management framework supported by automation; identify process simplifications
- 12+ years in Order to Cash with a strong focus on master data management
- Proven executive track record in data governance and global process transformation
- Extensive experience with SAP S4/HANA, MDG, and other master data systems
- Strategic understanding of commercial policy frameworks and compliance
- Experience in export control and trade compliance; pharmaceutical regulatory knowledge
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
- PMP a plus for project management
