Experteer Overview

As Regional Partnership Account Manager, you will build and nurture partner networks to drive regional growth and mutual value. You will align partner initiatives with ESW’s commercial goals and provide ongoing enablement, insights, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage performance metrics, conduct business reviews, and lead joint marketing and sales enablement efforts. This role offers exposure to a global, product-driven environment with a focus on strategic partnerships and market expansion.

  • Identify and recruit new partners to expand the regional network
  • Develop and execute partner engagement and growth strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and serve as main point of contact
  • Ensure alignment between partners and ESW’s commercial goals
  • Track, analyze, and report partner performance metrics and insights
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify improvements
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing, sales enablement, and co-branded initiatives
  • Facilitate partner training and resources to improve product knowledge
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regional dynamics to refine strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) for successful execution of initiatives
  • Share partner feedback to inform product and service enhancements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of partner interactions and outcomes
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
Responsabilidades
  • 1–3 years in partnerships, sales, account management, or business development in ecommerce or PSP companies
  • Fluent English and French capable of leading meetings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with data and willingness to develop analytical/problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team
