In this role you will own and evolve the global web analytics ecosystem to ensure scalable, compliant data and actionable insights across squads. You will bridge business, technical, and compliance stakeholders to raise analytics maturity and standardization.You will design governance, reporting frameworks, and scalable tracking to support cross-functional decisions. This position offers the chance to shape analytics in a regulated, data-driven environment and collaborate with global teams.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and manage end-to-end analytics process, governance, and documentation
- Lead and validate client-side and server-side tracking implementations for quality and scalability
- Design and deliver reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures for multiple audiences
- Oversee data integration from analytics, media, and internal systems
- Ensure compliance, consent management, and stakeholder alignment as a global analytics consultant
- 6+ years of web/digital analytics experience across implementation, tracking, and reporting
- Hands-on Adobe Analytics and tag management platforms
- Experience with server-side tracking (e.g., MetaRouter)
- Strong SQL skills and data validation knowledge
- Advanced data visualization skills (Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical topics into business insights
- Experience in pharma or regulated environments with privacy/consent frameworks (e.g., OneTrust)
- Familiarity with paid media, attribution, and SEO data integration
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs) and automation/data extraction tools
