- Oversee junior project staff and guide decision making during delivery
- Maintain and expand client relationships and ensure effective communication with suppliers and contractors
- Advise on project issues and uphold the Arcadis Way Standard for management and culture
- Represent Arcadis values and brand in project execution and client interactions
- Support delivery with proactive risk identification and deviation highlighting
- 2+ years of Project Management and/or Design experience
- B.S. in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering
- Fluent English for client meetings and reporting
- Hospitality project experience is highly appreciated
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to lead and mentor junior staff
