In this Delivery Manager role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a critical IT vendor consolidation program for a global client from Barcelona. You will oversee transition of complex legacy systems into an EPAM-managed engagement, ensuring service continuity and delivery excellence across waves, starting with Wave 1 (Canopy + CoreDB).You will lead scoping, create delivery plans and statements of work, and serve as the main EPAM point of contact for key client stakeholders. You will manage distributed delivery teams, coordinate knowledge transfer, and drive risk mitigation and governance reporting, leveraging AI-assisted practices to enhance quality.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own end-to-end delivery for the Product Platform, including scope, planning and quality for Wave 1 and subsequent waves
- Lead scoping sessions and translate business needs into Statements of Work, resource models, and delivery plans
- Act as the primary EPAM contact for key client stakeholders and maintain strong relationships
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate transition risks related to legacy complexity and inter-system dependencies
- Build and manage distributed EPAM delivery teams and maintain delivery cadence across locations
- Oversee knowledge transfer from incumbent suppliers and SMEs to ensure zero disruption during transition
- Report delivery status through governance forums, risk registers, and steering committee packs
- Apply AI-assisted development and documentation practices to drive efficiencies and quality
