In this role you will lead the global launch readiness learning strategy for Global Medical and Field Medical teams, translating medical strategy into role-based curricula and practice. You will partner across brands, Medical Affairs, and learning leaders to design engaging learning experiences that enable pre-launch readiness and behaviour change.You’ll leverage AI-enabled tools to tailor learning and measure impact, shaping education that supports the medical strategy and overall business goals.

- Develop Therapeutic area curricula spanning disease state, patient journey, evidence, and skills to apply science in practice
- Oversee content development and vendor management to produce innovative, blended learning solutions; create in-house AI-assisted content
- Drive learning experience innovation using adult learning principles and AI technology to boost engagement and transfer
- Ensure clear communication and change management with global and local stakeholders to achieve adoption
- Manage content strategy to keep assets current and globally accessible
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure business impact and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee TA training budgets and travel for key live events
- 5–7 years in biopharma with global and local Medical Affairs experience (field and HQ)
- Proven ability to design and deliver Medical/Scientific training grounded in adult learning principles
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate medical strategy into training deliverables; skilled in prioritization and project management
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority; audience-centered communication and storytelling
