Global Scientific Training Director – CVRM

Experteer Overview

You will lead cross-brand training, collaborate with Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications, and shape engaging learning experiences that support the medical strategy and vision. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to tailor learning and measure impact, partnering with regional and global stakeholders to drive performance.

• Define and lead the global launch-brand learning strategy to drive pre-launch performance
• Develop therapeutic-area curricula spanning disease state, patient journey, evidence, and skill-based training
• Direct internal and external content development and manage vendors while enabling AI-assisted creation
• Innovate learning experiences using adult-learning concepts and AI to boost engagement and transfer
• Communicate with global and local stakeholders to ensure awareness and adoption, and drive change management
• Maintain a content management strategy to keep training assets current and accessible
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure business impact and drive continuous improvement
• Manage training budgets for TA initiatives and coordinate travel for key training events

• Advanced degree in science or health sciences, or Bachelor with substantial clinical/scientific experience
• 5–7 years in biopharma with global and local Medical Affairs experience
• Learning and Development expertise with proven design and delivery of medical/scientific training
• Ability to translate medical strategy into training deliverables and manage projects
• Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling with cross-functional partners
