In this role you will help grow ABB’s Service Robotics by expanding into foodservice automation. You will lead engineering efforts across medium-size projects, ensuring cross-disciplinary execution is efficient, compliant, and cost-aware. You’ll translate concepts into engineering documentation, prototype and validate solutions, and coordinate suppliers and project teams.You join a collaborative, learning-focused environment where your work directly improves customer operations and drives innovation. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support the proposal phase with customers to refine requirements, define scope, design concepts, estimate costs, assess risks, and coordinate vendor evaluations
- Lead the engineering phase by collaborating with proposals, project managers and engineers to translate designs into engineering documentation, modelling, prototyping and calculations
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams (in-house and outsourced) on projects
- Collaborate on installation, commissioning and site activities to resolve issues and fix engineering errors
- Contribute to R&D and standardization activities to drive innovation and consistency across solutions
- 4+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or related technologies with a track record of delivering complex engineering projects
- Hands-on experience in technical solution design, system integration, and engineering execution
- Experience supporting proposal phases (scope definition, costing, risk assessment, vendor coordination)
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Degree in Engineering or a related field; strong knowledge of robotics and automation technologies
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
