Director, Global Provider GTM

Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape Rover’s provider strategy across services, brands, and countries. You’ll lead a coherent global voice, scalable communications, and unified policy for providers, partnering with product, data science, marketing, and operations.You will build and implement repeatable GTM frameworks and drive cross-functional alignment in owned, earned, and paid channels. This is a high-impact, player-coach position focused on scalable growth and meaningful provider impact.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define end-to-end provider GTM strategy (positioning, channels, messaging, measurement) across services, brands, and markets
- Own provider communications strategy and governance, partnering with Lifecycle, Product, and International teams
- Lead policy and development execution for provider programs across new services, brands, and markets
- Drive community building and provider voice/feedback mechanisms with cross-functional partners
- Shape external commercial partnerships and integrations to enable provider growth
- Define OKRs and roadmap for GTM initiatives and measure outcomes
- Mentor and grow a Barcelona-based provider GTM, communications, and community team
- 10+ years in product marketing, go-to-market, or related roles in marketplaces/platforms
- 5+ years in people management or leadership roles, including managing managers
- Experience partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to execute roadmaps and metrics
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, autonomous work style in ambiguous environments
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring initiative impact using analytics/tools
- Fluent English (C2) for cross-border collaboration and communications
- Bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Business, or Economics preferred
