As Construction Project Manager, you will lead property development efforts in Madrid, ensuring alignment with company objectives and contracts. You’ll oversee the design process for new properties, from interior concepts to furniture planning and selection.You will evaluate sites and projects for location and layout, and coordinate with landlords and external partners through signing to construction. You’ll navigate country-specific architectural and tourism regulations to deliver assets that enhance guest satisfaction.
This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape our properties and guest experience within a cross-functional development team.
