You’ll mentor a small team and drive improvements in fiscal data quality to support shareholders and governance. This is a scaling, mission-driven position at a fast-growing, diverse tech company shaping responsible marketplace growth.

• Monitor worldwide tax compliance obligations
• Expand tax compliance tools across Glovo countries
• Prepare tax reports to oversee Glovo’s global tax position
• Establish tax quality controls and KPIs
• Design, implement and lead tax reporting processes to shareholders
• Improve fiscal data quality through new processes
• Define global policies for tax compliance and reporting
• Act as process owner of the tax function
• Coordinate with local tax advisors
• Lead and mentor a team of +3 people

• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role (consultancy or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of Spanish taxes and EU Directives
• Strong accounting skills
• Excellent organization in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving and proactive attitude
• Team player with multicultural adaptability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced English; Portuguese/Italian a plus
