• Oversee tax compliance obligations worldwide and monitor ongoing requirements
• expand tax compliance tools across Glovo countries
• prepare tax reports to reflect Glovo's global tax position
• establish tax quality controls and KPIs
• design, implement and lead tax reporting processes for shareholders
• improve accounting data quality through process improvements
• define global policies for tax compliance and reporting
• own the tax function processes and act as process owner
• coordinate with local tax advisors for day-to-day activities
• lead and mentor a team of 3+ people

• +6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role (consulting or in-house)
• strong knowledge of Spanish taxes and EU Directives
• strong accounting skills
• ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
