Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop and oversee global financial market risk strategy and oversight for ABB Robotics
- Execute market transactions across FX, interest rate, and commodity derivatives
- Analyze market price movements and assess impact on hedging contracts
- Advise business units on exposures, hedging activities, and associated risks
- Ensure accuracy of data in Treasury Management System and related systems
- Support regulatory compliance, controls, and audits regarding market risk management
- 5-9 years' experience in treasury, financial markets, or banking
- Solid knowledge of derivatives and related risks (FX, rates, commodities)
- Experience with Treasury Management System (e.g., Kyriba) and Trade/Risk systems (e.g., FXALL, Refinitiv Workspace)
- Strong business acumen and ability to link market risk to performance and accounting
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
