Experteer Overview
In this role you deliver IT projects and services for business applications in Manufacturing, Quality and Operations Technology, collaborating with end-users and stakeholders. You manage ITIL processes and coordinate external suppliers to ensure project success and continuity.You work with Solution Architects to shape technical designs and ensure thorough documentation and compliance, including GxP systems across Europe. You drive project roadmaps and act as Qualification Owner for portfolio compliance and security.

- Support quality and shop floor IT applications in collaboration with end-users and stakeholders
- Manage ITIL processes: service requests, change management, disaster recovery, lifecycle, incident and problem management
- Coordinate external suppliers and contractors to secure project support and continuity
- Drive execution of IT project roadmaps in cooperation with project teams
- Define technical design of IT solutions with other Solution Architects
- Ensure documentation for project activities and service management (qualification docs, change requests, etc.)
- As Qualification Owner, manage compliance and security for GxP-relevant systems in Spain and other European countries
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or a natural science with strong IT knowledge
- Minimum 5 years as a delivery manager in an industrial IT environment
- Self-motivated, autonomous with strong ownership and service attitude
- Team player with experience working remotely in an international organization
- Thorough knowledge of Quality & GxP IT/OT compliance trends (LIMS, MES, LABs, SCADA)
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge (OS, DB, system hardening)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- ITIL certification or strong foundation in IT service management
- Excellent English; Spanish and French is a plus
