In this role you will lead pricing for Amcor’s AC&I Industrial segment within the EMEA region, partnering with Sales to shape commercial strategy and hit BU targets. You will drive pricing processes, tender leadership, and cost recovery efforts, while ensuring data quality and robust price models.The position sits in a global, cross-functional environment and offers growth through exposure to strategic initiatives and day-to-day price optimization. You’ll contribute to sustainable packaging goals and help unlock top-line growth by delivering value to customers and the business.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Act as pricing subject-matter expert, collaborating with Sales and Commercial teams
- Process pricing requests, including costings, and align with line manager
- Lead and coordinate tender processes for the assigned segment
- Support Sales with value propositions, business case development, and customer discussions
- Participate in projects needing price, cost, or margin inputs
- Gather and consolidate Sales feedback to refine pricing strategy
- Ensure pricing processes enable full recovery of RM increases and input costs
- Support data quality efforts for cost data from sites and functions
- Help build pricing tools and models and maintain price lists
- Execute RM tracker updates, price adjustments and product pricing revisions
- Experience in Sales, Commercial, Controlling, or related functions in manufacturing/packaging
- Exposure to developing or redesigning pricing or costing models
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and spoken English skills
