As Lead Solution Architect for the R2R domain, you define and govern the SAP technical solution, ensuring end-to-end integrity and alignment with business needs. You lead a global architecture team, balance standard SAP functionality with enhancements, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost-efficient, compliant SAP solutions.You translate designs into specifications, support validation, and guide best practices in SAP. You will shape critical transitions and ongoing SAP governance to enable business growth.

- Lead and manage the global R2R solution architect team
- Drive requirements engineering to determine standard SAP functionality vs enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional streams to design optimized SAP solutions
- Translate functional designs into detailed specifications and oversee documentation/training
- Support validation, prioritization of business demands, and communicate specs to development teams
- Participate in unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution
- Stay current with SAP best practices and provide expert guidance on new SAP solutions
- 10+ years in IT with 8+ years in solution architecture (S/4HANA focus)
- 5+ years on global projects
- Strong background in Finance/Controlling; manufacturing preferred
- Minimum 3 years leading onsite/offshore ABAP teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and build consensus
- Proven decision-making, innovation mindset, and experience leading virtual, multicultural teams
- Hands-on experience with BizTalk and/or MuleSoft; SAP ABAP and ALE/IDoc knowledge preferred
- SAP certifications (S/4HANA or related) and experience with SAP best practices in complex transitions
- Fluent in English with excellent communication; international experience a plus
