As a Senior IT Architect at BCG Platinion, you will shape IT strategies and architecture for complex projects, coaching client teams and guiding delivery modules. You’ll translate business needs into technical solutions and lead architectural concepts across diverse technology topics.You’ll mentor others and collaborate with case teams to drive digital transformation at scale. This role puts you at the intersection of technology, design, and risk management, enabling clients to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own the delivery for a specific project module and develop technical concepts for that module
- Define IT strategies and architecture solutions aligned with business context
- Coach project members and lead other consultants in their work streams
- Apply architectural consulting skills to strategic technology questions across various topics
- Participate in extensive training and mentoring programs to grow technical skills
- 6-8 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and technical project management
- Spanish mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Proven track record delivering complex IT solutions and system integrations
