In this role, you will provide on-site and remote technical support for ultra-precision lathes across the UK and Europe, acting as the service liaison between customers and the company. You will troubleshoot electromechanical, electronic, and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train customers at their sites.You’ll work within a global service team, manage priorities under demanding production schedules, and help drive product awareness and ongoing service opportunities. This role offers hands-on impact with high-precision equipment and cross-border collaboration.

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Travel across the UK and Europe (approx. 50%)
- Conduct machine operation and maintenance training at customer sites
- Provide documentation and fault-finding aids
- Produce detailed service reports and communication to customers
- Identify and feedback sales opportunities
- Assist customers with new product information
- Proficient in troubleshooting electromechanical, electronic and software machine operation issues
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with power electronics, precision motion control, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
