In this Field Service Engineer role, you maintain modality-specific systems on customer sites, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure service quality aligned with ISO standards. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support warranty and maintenance contracts, and drive service opportunities.The role combines hands-on engineering with administration and on-site coordination to keep life-saving equipment operating reliably. You’ll be part of a global brand focused on improving lives in moments that matter and shaping service excellence across regions.

- Perform total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems
- Communicate equipment status to end-users and department managers to sustain customer satisfaction
- Assist in Account Sales visits, train others where necessary, and identify Sales opportunities for the account team
- Assist in growth and direction of business in geographic area
- Responsible for warranty and PMS contract cost control
- Complete administration tasks on time (e.g., FMI's and PMS inspections documentation)
- Lead complex and multifunctional rooms
- Share best practices
- Maintain quality systems compliant with ISO 9001 according to GE Service Quality Policy Statement
- A diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics or Biomedical Engineering Technology, or solid Field Service Engineer experience
- Experience in electromedicine or imaging (healthcare sector)
- Strong systematic, thorough problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and organize work with minimal direction
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of English for training and fluent communication
