This role blends creative design with rigorous modeling to deliver scalable, impactful features. You’ll lead with strategic thinking, elevate design standards, and push innovative tooling and AI-driven methods that translate into tangible in-game systems.

• Lead system architecture across the game team to ensure cohesive features aligned with core and meta-loops
• Act as the primary bridge between economy, product, and game design teams to ensure feature harmony and business alignment
• Collaborate with Game Designers and Product Managers to optimize feature complementarity and roadmap impact
• Focus on LiveOps and meta-loops, tuning strategy to drive meaningful progression and seasonal content in harmony with the economy
• Drive technological innovation by adopting AI-driven methodologies to convert complex systems into economy tools and simulations

• 5+ years of mobile F2P system design experience with proven economy design in high-growth environments
• Experience with games featuring layered progression (casual action-combat or RTS card battlers preferred)
• Advanced modeling and simulation skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Strong systems thinking with ability to translate high-level goals into technical specs
• Clear communication to diverse stakeholders and ability to influence product roadmap with data-driven proposals
• Tech-savvy with interest in AI for automation and internal design tools
