Experteer Overview

As Growth Consultant for Aon’s Employee Experience growth team, you drive client-facing growth initiatives and revenue impact. You own propositions, nurture internal and external relationships, and push pipeline growth globally from a virtual, flexible setup based in Spain.

You’ll combine strategy with execution to deliver revenue and seed future growth while ensuring smooth handover from sales to onboarding. Expect senior-stakeholder exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and tangible expansion of EX solutions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Lead client-facing growth initiatives and ownership of EX propositions
  • Manage internal and external relationships to drive pipeline creation and conversion
  • Build and maintain relationships with priority brokers and enterprise partners; co-create solution plays and run joint sessions
  • Drive proactive pipeline management with 95% forecast accuracy; identify opportunities across brokers, enterprise clients, and new logos
  • Lead high-quality responses for EX-related RFPs with compelling narratives and compliance
  • Develop white-space maps and expansion roadmaps; secure pilots and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in Aon Connect and deliver revenue tracking to inform growth decisions
Responsabilidades
  • 3 - 5 years in client-facing growth roles (consulting, sales, or business development)
  • Proven experience in the Employee Experience (EX) field
  • Strong ability to lead complex propositions and influence senior stakeholders
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken) with international stakeholders
  • Desirable: experience in insurance or brokerage or with brokers/insurance partners
  • Strategic mindset with pipeline management expertise
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
