In this two-year rotational program, you will rotate through the Real Estate Group to gain hands-on exposure to investment decision-making and product development. You’ll support the creation of investment memos, analyze market trends, and prepare client-ready presentations while connecting with senior leadership.The experience emphasizes growth, cross-functional collaboration, and professional development in a fast-paced investment environment. You will contribute to shaping real estate strategies and learn the techniques that drive client value.

- Research industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to inform development
- Prepare product presentations, proposals, and recommendations
- Respond to inquiries from external partners and internal teams
- Engage in rotations across different Real Estate sectors and participate in development activities
- Collaborate with teams to support investment decision-making
- Notable university grade (7.0–8.9) and graduation by August 2026
- Investment Management Knowledge & Interest in Real Estate
- Technical skills: VBA, Python, and Bloomberg familiarity (a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Team collaboration and ability to adapt to team goals
- Critical thinking to analyze problems from multiple angles
- Microsoft Office proficiency (advanced Excel, including financial modeling)
- Initiative and ownership in projects without constant supervision
- Fluency in Spanish and English
