• Collaborate with artists and narrative designers to refine gameplay and visual direction
• Create 3D assets aligned with established art pillars under guidance from Art Director and Concept Team
• Produce high-quality models, textures, and materials for a stylized look
• Support seasonal creative vision with consistent quality
• Implement and optimize 3D assets in Unity for performance and fidelity
• Give and receive constructive feedback to maintain high standards
• Work with Design, Engineering, and Animation to ensure asset integration
• Improve workflows, tools, and documentation in the 3D pipeline
• Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and AI methods to boost efficiency

• Professional experience as a 3D Artist in game development
• Strong modeling, texturing, and shading with a portfolio showing stylized/whimsical work
• Proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, Blender (or equivalent)
• Experience with 2D/3D texturing tools (Photoshop, Substance Painter, 3DCoat)
• Solid understanding of Unity pipelines for importing and optimizing assets
• Awareness of performance constraints on mobile platforms
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback
