As a Business Development Manager for Fagron Genomics, you will identify and grow a B2B client portfolio across healthcare, pharma, and life sciences. You’ll drive LATAM and select international market growth, craft commercial proposals, and form long-term partnerships.You’ll work cross-functionally to launch genomic services and align with marketing to propel revenue. This role fits a commercially driven professional aiming to shape the genomics business in a global context.

- Identify and prospect new B2B clients, distributors, laboratories and strategic partners
- Open commercial opportunities in LATAM and other markets
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close deals
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Contribute to commercial strategy and identify market trends and opportunities
- Support the launch and promotion of new genomic services
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials and promotions
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and growth
- Provide commercial guidance and coordinate with teams for technical input
- Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure process visibility
- Meet sales and profit targets and report on activity and results
- Use CRM and reporting tools consistently for team coordination
- Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Proven ability to identify prospects, open doors and develop new accounts
- Experience preparing proposals, negotiating agreements and closing sales
- Understanding of sales strategy, CRM use, and commercial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, operations, laboratory, customer service, management)
- Business-minded with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Based in Barcelona province, with availability to work from Terrassa
- Willingness to travel as required
- Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages valued
