Experteer Overview
In this role you will support CPL compliance activities within Credit Agricole CIB Spain, focusing on AML, sanctions, GDPR, conflicts of interest, and fraud controls, with a dedicated emphasis on Trade Finance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on local and HO projects, monitor market activities, and assist with audits and regulatory reviews.You will help promote a strong embedded compliance culture and facilitate timely, accurate risk assessments. This is a hands-on, impactful role in a dynamic financial services environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Perform controls relating to AML, sanctions, capital markets, GDPR, conflicts of interest, fraud and corruption, and transversal CPL topics, with focus on Trade Finance controls
- Monitor Global Markets Division activity (Margin controls, HRR)
- Support Local Compliance Office (LCO) on local and HO projects
- Follow up on mandatory e-learning and local training initiatives
- Manage transaction filtering alerts and AML alert treatment (Sonar)
- Maintain knowledge of internal GT and procedures
- Assist in issuing FS opinions on clients (KYC research)
- Follow up on audits (external and internal)
- Follow up on NAP/NAC and NSU processes
- Support GDPR matters: REGIS review and DPIA on sensitive processes
- Assist with EWRA questionnaires
- Promote an Embedded Compliance Culture
- Master degree
- Fluent in English; Spanish desirable
- EU citizen (for VIE)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to communicate technical information
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
