You will lead and embed a strong compliance culture in Spain within a high-tech, multinational setting. As the strategic and operational focal point, you translate complex regulations into practical solutions for the business and partner with leadership to safeguard integrity.The role combines design and continuous improvement of the Compliance Management System with proactive risk management and investigations. Expect engagement with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making and uphold high standards of compliance across operations.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Provide expert guidance on all compliance-related matters to management and staff
- Design, implement, and improve the Compliance Management System
- Lead anti-corruption and anti-fraud efforts with risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Manage due diligence and risk assessments for partners and third parties
- Conduct corporate investigations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Design and deliver engaging training to foster a living compliance culture
- Direct line management including setting SMART objectives for the team
- Higher academic qualification in Law, Business Administration, Compliance or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate compliance
- Deep knowledge of Spanish and international legal requirements
- Strong familiarity with ISO 37301:2021 and ISO 37001:2016
