As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will support EU regulatory compliance for coatings and paints by managing digital regulatory data and developing reports. You will collaborate across R&D, Product Development, Procurement, QHSE, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams, as well as with external stakeholders.Your work enables streamlined regulatory processes throughout the product lifecycle. This role offers exposure to digital tools, cross‑regional harmonization, and a strong inclusion culture. You will help translate complex data into actionable insights, shaping regulatory strategies.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Maintain and audit regulatory data in digital systems to ensure EU compliance (REACH, CLP)
- Develop, maintain, and improve regulatory reports, dashboards, and tracking tools (Chemmate, IUCLID, Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Conduct regulatory screenings and assessments to support product development, reformulation, and change-management
- Prepare regulatory documentation (SDS, labels, product notifications) and evaluate data for new materials and suppliers
- Collaborate across regions to harmonize regulatory processes and support digitalization initiatives
- University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related data/science field
- Experience in Regulatory Affairs within chemicals, coatings, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of EU chemical legislation (REACH, product stewardship)
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
- Fluency in English; other European languages advantageous
- Structured, analytical mindset and ability to communicate across cross-functional teams
