Experteer Overview

In this role you will help implement and monitor Amplifon’s compliance framework in Spain, strengthening the internal control environment and promoting an ethical culture. You will work across local functions and the retail network to ensure alignment with laws, policies, and global standards.

Expect to manage risk assessments, investigations, and policy rollout, while collaborating with multiple departments. This position offers meaningful impact by supporting governance, risk management, and day-to-day compliance in a multinational setting.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Corporate Compliance Program in Spain
  • Deploy global and local compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines locally
  • Monitor compliance with the Code of Ethics and anticorruption policy across functions and retail operations
  • Perform compliance and legal risk assessments across business processes
  • Identify regulatory or operational risks and define mitigation measures and action plans
  • Contribute to monitoring internal controls and remediation actions
  • Support management and investigation of whistleblowing reports
  • Conduct preliminary fact-finding and coordinate with HR, Legal, Medica, Internal Audit, Sales, IT, Marketing, Supply, etc.
  • Ensure investigations comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver and coordinate compliance training programs for employees and managers
  • Prepare internal communications, guidelines, and awareness materials
  • Provide legal support in corporate compliance, data protection (GDPR), and competition/anti-corruption rules
  • Monitor regulatory developments and implement relevant legal requirements
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit in audit engagements and reviews
  • Document findings, prepare reports, and track remediation actions
Responsabilidades
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate compliance, legal advisory in a corporate environment, or a compliance/regulatory-focused law firm
  • Education in Law or Business Administration (degree required); postgraduate qualification in Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Business Law preferred
  • Experience in retail, healthcare, or consumer services environments is a plus
  • Languages: Spanish native or fluent, English professional working; additional European languages a plus
