As a Compliance Monitoring professional, you coordinate and support the Compliance Monitoring function across the department, Management System, and operations to ensure regulatory alignment with EASA/AESA requirements. You will act as a main contact for projects, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain audit-ready documentation.Your work helps sustain operational consistency, safety, and continuous improvement in a large European airline. This role offers the opportunity to shape compliance processes and collaborate with aviation teams to uphold strong governance.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Act as the main point of contact for Compliance Monitoring projects and initiatives, coordinating planning, progress tracking, and prioritization.
- Manage communication and regulatory interactions with AESA, EASA, and other authorities, including submissions and deadlines, in collaboration with auditors and operations.
- Create and maintain clear Compliance communications (articles, updates, bulletins) accessible across the organization.
- Keep the Management System Manual and all Compliance documentation accurate and audit-ready.
- Organize and facilitate Compliance meetings, preparing agendas, materials and minutes with tracked actions.
- Maintain and improve the Management System platform, managing workflows, records, permissions, and action tracking.
- Coordinate Compliance training across teams, planning sessions, managing logistics, and tracking certifications.
- Keep audit tools and materials up to date with current EASA, AESA, and internal requirements.
- Good understanding of EASA regulations and relevant safety standards.
- Familiar with audit practices and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience working within Management Systems and documentation control.
