You will enable value, ensure end-to-end traceability, and drive systemic operational excellence across lifecycles.You’ll champion cross-functional collaboration, reduce friction, and build a single source of truth to support predictive decision-making. This is a mission-driven, servant-leader role in a culture that values autonomy and impact.

- Identify and remove structural bottlenecks to protect delivery teams
- Guarantee reliable, consolidated data for tracking investments, capacity, and risks
- Drive adoption of standardized Quality, Regulatory, and Methodology frameworks
- Coordinate high-level ROMA (Risk and Opportunity management) and integration points across lifecycles
- Foster cross-domain connectivity and autonomous, efficient delivery of life-saving solutions
- 3+ years leading complex operational frameworks or portfolios in Biotech/Tech
- Comfort navigating highly regulated environments
- Mastery of the Ops Stack (JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Aha!) and modern frameworks (SAFe, Lean, or Systems Thinking)
- Ability to translate strategy into clear operational execution plans
- Mindset prioritizing team autonomy and viewing operations as a product
