As Global Project Manager, you act as the operational backbone for innovative diagnostic solutions, guiding value delivery and end-to-end traceability. You will elevate the role into a strategic, cross-functional orchestrator, enabling autonomous, high-quality execution.You shape workflows, reduce friction, and embed standardized practices to support lifecycle coherence. This is a chance to influence how strategy translates into delivery and to champion servant-leadership in a global context.

- 3+ years leading complex operational frameworks or portfolios in Biotech/Tech
- Experience in highly regulated environments
- Mastery of the Ops Stack (JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Aha!)
- Familiarity with modern frameworks (SAFe, Lean, or Systems Thinking)
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans
- Strong advocate for autonomous teams and operational as a product
