As Senior AI Engineer - Consulting & Delivery Lead, you drive end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions for clients, acting as a technical counterpart to the AI Lead in Spain. You lead client engagements, workshops, and solution design, translating business goals into scalable, production-ready architectures.You collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to position Orange Business as a trusted long-term AI partner. This role combines strategy, delivery, and hands-on technical leadership to shape impactful AI programs.

- Co-lead client conversations, workshops and solution design sessions with the AI Lead
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, models, integrations and deployment architectures
- Contribute to AI architectures ensuring scalability, security, performance and compliance
- Support AI technical roadmaps and target architectures aligned with client strategy
- Lead design and implementation of LLM-based use cases, AI agents and advanced analytics
- Define and apply MLOps / LLMOps practices for reliable, maintainable AI systems
- Support presales with solution shaping, technical storytelling and effort estimation
- Mentor and set best practices for other AI engineers
- Stay up to date with AI trends to guide client technology choices
- 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning engineering with production-grade delivery
- Hands-on Python and ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
- Experience contributing to AI architecture decisions in enterprise or complex environments
- Strong understanding of cloud-based AI platforms, preferably Azure (Azure ML, AI Foundry, containers, CI/CD)
- Practical knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps (deployment, monitoring, retraining, governance)
- Ability to communicate complex tech to non-technical stakeholders and lead client-facing discussions
- Strong consulting mindset: problem-solving, pragmatism and business focus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
