• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow-based projects and BAU activities
• Lead and mentor the local software development team using Agile/Scrum
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams and IT, Operations, Compliance, and Business Units
• Implement QA, testing, change control, and release management for stability and compliance
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks; optimize resource allocation and capacity planning
• Promote ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and configuration management within ServiceNow

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer with hands-on ServiceNow development experience (certification preferred)
• 3+ years in Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or Technical Project Leadership
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, administration, and integrations; ITIL v3/v4 practices
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps; enterprise IT infrastructure and service management workflows
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to design scalable solutions
• Customer-centric mindset; excellent anglais communication; stakeholder influencing skills
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate in a global organization
