Marketing Communications & Campaign Manager

Tamarind Intelligence is looking for an autonomous and highly reliable Marketing Communications & Campaign Manager to take ownership of our go-to-market communications and campaign execution that support lead generation, customer engagement, product promotion, and brand awareness.

Tamarind Intelligence is the leading B2B data and intelligence provider in the nicotine sector. Directly reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for turning commercial priorities into coordinated marketing campaigns across email, digital channels, content, website, events, and partnerships.

This is a hands-on role for a full-stack marketer that combines campaign planning, content creation, and execution, requiring both strong writing skills and the ability to independently deliver marketing assets and campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear messaging and coordinated execution across email, social media, website, events, and partner channels.
  • Create campaign content and messaging across channels, ensuring consistency and relevance to target audiences.
  • Build and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain and execute the content and communications calendar to ensure a consistent marketing cadence.
  • Produce and edit visual and digital assets using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
  • Manage updates to website and landing pages to support campaigns and drive conversion.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with external partners, event organizers, and collaborators.
  • Support co-marketing, guest content, and promotional partnerships from planning to execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and work with the Marketing & Sales Analyst to identify improvements.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Proven track record of end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar tools with a strong eye for visual branding and layout.
  • Experience with CMS website management
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and audience segmentation.
  • Experience working with external agencies or freelancers
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • English to native standard
  • Based in Barcelona
  • HTML knowledge is a plus
