• Lead and develop a global Banking Operations team to deliver best‑in‑class services
• Co‑create and implement departmental strategy aligned with N26 goals
• Ensure alignment with markets and product launches across stakeholders
• Improve end‑to‑end process effectiveness within regulatory commitments
• Manage service delivery and governance with outsourcing partners and mitigate risks
• Scope, prioritize, and execute end‑to‑end initiatives to standardize and automate
• Apply data‑driven metrics to measure quality and efficiency of processes
• Represent customer voice and collaborate cross‑functionally to improve service quality
• Manage operational and business risk; analyze incidents and implement mitigations
• Improve communication frameworks between operations, Product, and market stakeholders

• 3+ years leading European Banking Operations or Service Delivery teams
• Experience with process optimization, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset for data monitoring and decision making
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and drive strategic initiatives
• Stakeholder management across international organizations; collaborative and customer‑centric mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages a plus
