In this role you drive the commercial success of newly launched products across the EMEA region, bridging Product, Sales, Marketing, Applications and Service to accelerate revenue. You own the end-to-end BD cycle from market readiness to scale-up, activating early adopters and building a robust pipeline.You coordinate cross-functionally to ensure readiness and rapid go-lives, while feeding market feedback into roadmap and GTM decisions. This is an impact-focused role that aligns with Danaher's continuous improvement culture and mission to advance patient care.

- Cross-Functional Launch Orchestration: align Marketing, Applications, Service, and Supply Chain for launches
- Sales Force Empowerment & Deal Support: equip country sales teams with tools and value propositions
- Market Feedback Integration & Scalable Execution: translate feedback into roadmap, pricing, and scalable adoption
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related scientific/technical field
- 8+ years in business development, strategic sales, or product commercialization
- Proven track record launching and scaling new products in diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences
- Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages a plus
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region
