In this remote role, you will deliver expert technical support and onboarding for dental professionals in Spain and across EMEA, focusing on SPARK and related digital workflows. You will train doctors and local teams, diagnose complex digital dentistry issues, and guide customers through remote or onsite implementations.

Your work directly supports customer success and product feedback, helping to scale our digital orthodontic solutions across diverse markets. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends technical problem-solving with training and relationship-building.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Provide remote in-depth training, onboarding and technical support for SPARK, IOS, ODB, Insignia, Memotain and future products
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to digital products or services
Schedule technical follow-ups with doctors and provide remote or onsite support
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM and report recurring problems
Perform onboarding for new and existing doctors and assist field teams during peaks
Foster strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service to ensure loyalty
Collect and relay product improvement ideas to the Product team
Maintain internal knowledge via SOPs, articles, and templates
Understand and align with company policies to provide effective support

Responsabilidades

Dental Technician or Dental Hygienist diploma/certification preferable and/or prior dental/orthodontic industry experience
Experience with dental/orthodontic digital workflows and manufacturing processes
Experience with intra-oral scanners, CAD/CAM, digital design software, 3D printing and digital dentistry
Tech-savvy and IT literate (Windows, macOS, MS Office, remote support tools)
Strong organizational skills and proactive, team-oriented mindset
Enthusiastic, logical, and creative thinker
Native Spanish and fluent English; any additional European language is a plus
