Technical Customer Support – Portuguese, English & Spanish

Description: Foundever is hiring Technical Customer Support Agents with native or bilingual Portuguese and advanced English and Spanish to join a long-term project for a prestigious premium automotive brand.

Your responsibilities- Provide high-level technical and customer support via phone and email
- Support customers in Portuguese, English and Spanish
- Ensure a professional, customer-focused experience aligned with premium brand standards
- Handle and follow up on customer cases using internal systems
- Permanent contract from day one
- Full-time position: 39 hours per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00
- Competitive salary: €22,500 gross per year (language bonus included)
- Paid training, fully included in your contract
- Hybrid work model:
- 3 days onsite at the client’s offices in Madrid
- Monday and Friday working from home
- Weekends off
- Native or bilingual Portuguese
- Advanced English and Spanish (minimum C1)
- Interest in technical support and customer service
- Previous experience in technical support or technology-related environments is a plus (automotive experience not required)
- Experience with social media is an advantage
- Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate
