Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts

You’ll handle language-specific and local-law issues and escalate complex matters as needed. Based in Madrid (4 days) to support growth with pragmatic legal solutions.

• Serve as the primary legal contact for sales teams in assigned verticals/geographies
• Independently lead contract negotiations in line with company policies and risk controls
• Participate in customer calls and negotiations with cross-functional teams to close deals
• Escalate complex legal issues and follow guidance from management
• Provide general legal advice focusing on local law and language-specific considerations

• Qualified lawyer with ≥5 years PQE
• ≥3 years negotiating contracts with knowledge of commercial law and software/cloud master agreements
• Experience with revenue-related master agreements preferred
• Experience with English-law governed contracts preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish (ability to draft in both)
• German, Dutch, French or Italian language skills are an advantage
