In this role you will lead the DevOps Tools Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure and cloud platforms. You’ll shape technical direction with IT management and business stakeholders, driving adoption of new technologies.You’ll manage incidents, projects and budgets while growing a high-performing engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a global IT organization that supports DevOps and platform reliability.

- Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
- Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to align goals
- Oversee incident response and root cause analysis
- Define and execute strategies for SRE and DTE technologies
- Manage team budget ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Prioritize SRE and DTE projects with cross-functional collaboration
- 5+ years in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related fields
- 2+ years of managerial experience with proven team leadership
- Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure) and on-prem infrastructure (Windows, Linux, AD, M365, storage, backup)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- IaC with Terraform or Ansible; version control with Git
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools and automated testing in DevOps
- Clear communication; English fluency; strategic and project management mindset
