As an Account Manager in Glovo’s Regions team, you will be the go-to partner for top restaurants, guiding growth and performance across several cities. You’ll define long-term strategies for growth, promotions, advertising, and operations, while maintaining close partner relationships.

Your actions will drive revenue, optimize marketing activations, and improve service levels to customers. This role offers impact through shaping partner success and contributing to Glovo’s expansion in new markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top partners through proactive communication and business reviews
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs, prepare periodic reports, and act to meet OKRs
  • Develop and execute plans to grow partners via promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance
  • Improve visibility and revenue through marketing kits, merchandising, and strategic negotiations
  • Negotiate commissions and assets to increase Glovo revenue
  • Address churned and inactive partners with action plans
  • Enhance partner operations to ensure best-in-class service for customers
Responsabilidades
  • ≥3 years in high-performance environments (startup, banking, consulting, or tech)
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
  • Computer literacy with Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel
  • Native Spanish, Catalan and English skills
  • Strong commercial instincts and customer-obsessed mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management and critical thinking
  • Data-driven mentality and sound business judgment
