Experteer Overview

In this role you will manage a portfolio of DACH customers to maximise value from the EcoVadis solution. You will partner with clients to embed EcoVadis in their procurement processes and communicate our Sustainable Supply Management vision. You’ll build strong relationships across customer stakeholders, drive renewals and upsells, and lead or support customer-focused projects.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 customers, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement with EcoVadis tools
  • Provide visibility into sustainable procurement program building blocks across the customer lifecycle
  • Help customers adopt EcoVadis processes and tools
  • Deliver thought leadership and communicate EcoVadis vision for Sustainable Supply Management
  • Build advocacy and maintain relationships with project managers, decision makers, and executive sponsors
  • Develop customer program plans and act as main contact for accounts with proactive/reactive project management
  • Maintain Account Plans for all assigned customers
  • Coordinate between sales, sustainability, and operations to resolve challenges and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales to secure renewals and support upsell opportunities
  • Monitor operations and ensure KPIs related to forecast and delivery are met
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by giving product feedback
  • Lead or support customer-focused projects
  • Share best practices to improve EcoVadis service and team morale
Responsabilidades
  • 5+ years in customer management, account management, or consulting in fast-paced environments
  • Formal education in supply chain, sustainability, or business (preferred)
  • German and English fluency required; additional languages a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to summarize findings in PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong Excel and data analytics skills
  • Experience in developing Account Plans
  • Computer literacy with MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce or CRM, and project management tools
