As Programmatic Account Manager at ExoClick, you will manage a large portfolio of programmatic (RTB) partners on the supply side, driving revenue growth and ensuring compliant, high-quality traffic. You’ll onboard new partners, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain ongoing partner relations while monitoring fraud and adherence to guidelines.You’ll contribute to process improvements and help scale our programmatic business from Barcelona, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers exposure to a fast‑moving ad-tech environment and international peers.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Manage 30+ programmatic partners and maintain active daily contact via email, Skype and phone
- On-board new programmatic partners and support their integration with the technical team
- Provide monthly portfolio reports detailing evolution, issues and opportunities
- Ensure partners comply with Exoclick publishing/advertising guidelines and address issues with the compliance team
- Monitor fraudulent traffic sources and work with compliance and security to block invalid traffic
- Provide feedback for technical improvements and contribute to internal process/documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve programmatic processes and approaches
- Define and maintain guidelines for SSP partners to secure a seat at the exchange
- 3+ years in digital advertising (media buying, advertising, publishing, affiliate marketing, programmatic)
- In-depth understanding of affiliation/adnetwork players and concepts
- Russian speaker is a must; fluent in English
- Knowledge of online advertising concepts, programmatic, Open RTB, Ad exchange, SSPs, DSPs
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Awareness of the Adexchange ecosystem, DSP, SSP
- Familiarity with oRTB/XML protocols a plus
- Proficient with Google Docs and Excel
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven conclusions
- Sales expertise with negotiation skills and strong client relationship abilities
- Effective time management and task prioritisation
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective and adaptable communication skills
- Attention to detail for accurate campaign setup and monitoring
