IT Support Engineer

• Provide IT support to users on-site and remotely for technical issues
• Train users on current and new applications, systems, and services
• Maintain data confidentiality and security standards
• Test and evaluate new hardware, software, services, and systems
• Support rollout of new applications and services across the Forterro Group
• Administer Windows-based environments
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems including servers and workstations
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Replace and upgrade computer components
• Administer Azure and on-premises Active Directory
• Manage cloud-based applications (Office 365, ticketing systems, Atlassian tools)
• Perform network and systems monitoring
• Create and maintain procedural documentation and generate reports
• Propose system improvements and innovative solutions
• Support business operations including budget proposals, cost allocation, control, and reporting

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with large international IT systems
• Strong knowledge of Windows system technologies
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies (advantage)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of taking ownership
• Customer-oriented with internal client focus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving
